Cross-boundary Integration to Build an Ecosystem, Coexistence and Prosperity to Start a New Journey | "Breaking Boundaries and Creating Integration, Chang'an Night" Zhejiang Circuit Breaker Associatio
In the final chapter, we collaborate to build a shared future. On the afternoon of January 8, the 2025 Annual Conference of Zhejiang Circuit Breaker Association and the "Forum on Industrial Ecosystem Synergy" commenced at Xinfeng Park in Liushi. Under the theme "Cross-Border Integration, Ecological Win-Win," this grand event was hosted by the Zhejiang Circuit Breaker Association with Chang'an Group as co-organizer. It brought together industry experts, member companies, and supply chain partners to explore collaborative innovation pathways, injecting momentum into the high-end and green development of the circuit breaker industry.

With 37 years of expertise in the electrical engineering sector, Chang 'an Group participated in the event as a full participant. Chairman Bao Xiaojiao, President Liu Qi, and distinguished guests gathered to foster consensus on high-quality industrial development through intellectual exchanges, jointly mapping out the industry's future blueprint.

Zhejiang serves as the core hub of China's circuit breaker industry, accounting for over 70% of the nation's production volume and demonstrating remarkable cluster advantages. This grand event not only reviews the industry's achievements in 2025 but also charts its future course. In their opening remarks, association leaders emphasized that against the backdrop of the "dual carbon" goals and the development of a new

power system, the industry faces dual opportunities. Only through persistent cross-sector integration and the cultivation of a symbiotic ecosystem can sustainable development be achieved.
During the forum session, industry leaders, experts, and representatives from leading enterprises engaged in focused discussions on the theme. The experts elaborated on the technological evolution and standardization pathways of circuit breakers, addressing the demands of new energy and DC distribution networks. They also analyzed key compliance considerations for enterprises expanding overseas, delivering substantial on-site insights. This initiative established a dialogue bridge among industry, academia, research, application, and testing sectors, laying a solid foundation for the new industrial ecosystem.

Breaking Boundaries and Innovating Integration: A Night of Peace. Wei Yanning, representative of the Chang'an International Digital and Intelligent Industrial Park project, delivered a speech titled "Building a Circuit Breaker + Industrial Cluster Ecosystem," sharing her vision for upgrading from "chain-style support" to "park symbiosis," which resonated deeply with the audience.

Analyzing the current state of industry development, Wei Yanning pinpointed critical pain points in industrial collaboration: excessively long supply chain coordination cycles that take half a day to transfer a single component; insufficient high-frequency technical exchanges and process communication with upstream/downstream partners; and challenges in achieving economies of scale due to rising shared costs in environmental protection, energy consumption, and logistics. To address these industry-wide challenges, Wei proposed a clear solution—creating specialized, refined, distinctive, and innovative theme parks tailored for circuit breaker industry clusters. She emphasized that close spatial collaboration serves as a key accelerator for transforming technological integration into commercial synergy. "We aim to build a minute-level industrial ecosystem," she stated. In such an ecosystem, supply chain response speeds significantly improve, technical exchanges occur anytime, and shared resources enable optimal cost control—marking the essential transition from "chain-based coordination" to "park symbiosis." Looking ahead, Wei advocated establishing physical platforms centered on "cross-industry integration and ecosystem win-win" to achieve parallel industrial upgrading and global expansion, synchronized technological optimization and cost management, as well as coordinated industrial agglomeration and spatial synergy. She noted that such industrial spaces would not only foster mutual prosperity among upstream and downstream enterprises but also serve as innovation engines for urban economies and breeding grounds for new productive forces. This vision aligns perfectly with Chang 'an Group's 37-year expertise in electrical engineering, strategic layout in new energy industries, and global market expansion, demonstrating the responsibility of leading enterprises in driving industrial ecosystem upgrades.

Wei Yanning's insightful and visionary presentation earned enthusiastic applause. The unveiling of Chang' an International Digital and Intelligent Industrial Park at the annual conference also drew significant attention from association members, who expressed strong interest in jointly building an industrial ecosystem hub. During the banquet, attendees unanimously pledged to leverage this landmark event as an opportunity to deepen collaboration with Chang 'an Group and industry partners, collectively advancing the high-quality development of Zhejiang's circuit breaker industry.
