Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are the sole original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of these products, and we provide integrated solutions for research and development, manufacturing, sales, engineering, and operations. As a supplier, we can offer localized production solutions.
Do you accept OEM&ODM?

We support 100% OEM or ODM projects, and our research and development and production teams have extensive experience and can respond quickly.
Does your product support the OCPP protocol? How familiar are you with OCPP?

We are the first Chinese company to got OCPP certification, and our research and development team has a strong understanding of the OCPP protocol. Therefore, our standard products all come with OCPP protocol as a standard feature.
Are your products conforming to our standards?

Yes, our products can pass the testings as you require, e.g.: CE,TUV, RoHS, FCC, etc.
What is your term of packing?

Generally, we pack our goods in neutral brown cartons. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.
What is your term of payment?

T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
What is your term of delivery?

FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU.
How about your delivery time?

Generally, it will take 7 to 25 days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Can you produce according to the samples?

Yes, we can produce by your samples or technical drawings. We can build the molds and fixtures.
What is your sample policy?

We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
Do you test all your goods before delivery?

Yes, we have 100% test before delivery.
